Keyboard And Mouse Shortcuts

Shortcut	Description
command B	Toggle World Base Chart display.
command I	Open Instruments window.
command F	Open Chart Manager.
command G	Open GPS panel.
command L	Toggle Low Light.
command O	Open the Chart window.
command N	Open the Navigation panel.
command R	Toggle Raster Chart display.
command T	Open the Track window.
command U	Course Up.
Trackpad Gesture	Two fingers up/down scroll +/- Chart Window.
Mouse Scroll wheel	Natural scroll (down = zoom in, up = zoom out).
+	Zoom in on Chart window.
-	Zoom out on Chart window.
Double click on the Chart Window	Zoom and Pan (when ) / Create a waypoint (when ).
command drag (mouse or trackpad)	Measure distance and bearing from origin (when ).
option drag (mouse or trackpad)	Measure from selected waypoint (when ).
shift drag (mouse or trackpad)	Measure distance and reciprocal bearing (when ).
command double click on chart window	Creates new waypoint in selected route when (). THIS ONLY WORKS IF PREFERENCES SETTING “Add new waypoint to current route automatically” IS UNCHECKED. Otherwise just double click.
command double click a waypoint name in chart window	Add the waypoint to the selected route when ().
command click an objectin chart window	Select object Cell (chart), Trackrecord, or AIS Vessel. This will select the cell in chart manager, track in Tracks, or vessel in AIS/RADAR panel.
option click a location on the chart window	Center Chart window to selected position.
control click on teh chart window	Open context menu.
space bar drag	Hold down to select drag chart mode when in any other mode except drag (). Release to return to set mode.
exc	Cancel current zoom selection.
